When the schools shut down in wake of the coronavirus, the parents and teachers of Alpharetta Elementary School knew they had to do something to help. Purple Pansies Pay it Forward

Maria Fundora, owner of Casa Nuova, started her charity, Purple Pansies, in 2007 after losing her mother to pancreatic cancer. Since then the organization has raised over $1.5 million for pancreatic research efforts.
